Founded on Three Principles
Mutual Sales Corporation, "MSC" was started in April of 1948 by Oak Park natives & World War II Veterans, Bill and Bob Baumann Sr. With the construction expansion that began after World War II, materials and supplies were a growing and much needed industry essential to the new growth economy.
Since 2008, Company President Marian Baumann has continued to focus on providing customers with unmatched service and quality products at the best price. We value every customer interaction and have formed a cured foundation for building new long-term sustainable relationships. Since acquiring our Woman Owned Business status, certified by the City of Chicago and State of Illinois, we continue to serve the Chicagoland market with an added value of fulfilling customers WBE participation requirements.
